Chattanooga, TN (February 8, 2025) – A collision on Highway 153 left at least one person injured on Friday afternoon, prompting emergency crews to respond to the scene.

The crash was reported around 4:29 p.m. on February 7 in the southbound lanes near Lee Highway. Police and paramedics arrived to assess the situation and provide assistance. The wreck caused some traffic congestion in the area while authorities worked to clear the roadway. 

At least one person suffered injuries and was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for medical care. Officials have not released further details about the circumstances of the accident. Authorities are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash.
