Chattanooga, TN (October 20, 2025) – A three-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck, a Subaru SUV, and a white pickup truck caused injuries on Sunday, October 19, along Interstate 24 Westbound near the 4th Street exit in downtown Chattanooga.

According to the Chattanooga Police Department, the collision occurred around 1:02 p.m. near Station Street. Officers arrived to find all three vehicles on the right shoulder with visible damage. Emergency medical crews treated the injured at the scene and transported several people to a nearby hospital for further evaluation.

Investigators believe traffic congestion and sudden lane changes may have contributed to the crash. The semi-truck driver cooperated with police, and crews worked quickly to clear debris and reopen lanes to prevent further backups.
