Claiborne County, TN (January 24, 2026) – Authorities responded to a serious motor vehicle crash with injuries reported on Highway 63 at the Providence Road intersection in Claiborne County on Thursday morning, January 22. Early reports indicate that the incident resulted in severe injuries to multiple occupants and that a child later died due to injuries sustained in the crash.

The collision was reported shortly before 8:00 a.m. along Highway 63 near the Providence Road intersection.
