Marlow, TN (September 1, 2025) – A woman suffered injuries early Monday, September 1, after being struck by a vehicle in Marlow. Authorities confirmed that the driver now faces serious criminal charges.

The Anderson County Sheriff's Office reported that the crash happened around 1:15 a.m.  Deputies and the Tennessee Highway Patrol responded to the 100 block of Haney Hollow Road after receiving reports of a pedestrian being hit. Emergency responders transported the injured woman to the University of Tennessee Medical Center for treatment. Officials have not yet released details about the extent of her injuries.
